SAFETY: All guests are covered by Crisscross Adventures’extended public liability and passenger insurance. Indemnity forms are given to every guest and safety is always our number 1 priority.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Via our online booking portal PAYGATE. Alternatively We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard on site. **We do not accept Diners Club and American Express Cards.**
Booking is essential.
LUNCH BBQ’s : Lunch Braai’s(BBQ) on any Full Day Tours and Packages are weather dependent.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• 3 weeks prior to booked and confirmed activities - 50% of full amount
• 2 weeks prior to booked and confirmed activities - 75% of full amount
• 1 week or less prior to booked and confirmed activities - 100% of full amount
CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS: PLEASE REFER TO children’s costing per tour and whether they are under the allowed age. Please note that parents must be able to have documentation available if age of child is in question.
OPERATING HOURS AND SEASONS: Crisscross Adventures operates throughout the year and on public holidays, with exception to Christmas Day (25th Dec) and New Year’s Day (1st Jan). We are available to answer calls from 7:30 am in the morning until 8 pm at night in high season.
STAFF GRATUITY: Gratitude, appreciation and recognition are always warmly received by our staff. Tipping is not compulsory, but if you feel that your Guide/ Ranger did a good job, and if you are satisfied with the service you received from them, we ask that you please bring along some Cash rather as we don't allow guide tips onto our credit card machines
RETURN TRANSFER ZONE: We provide a return transfer between tours and accommodation in an 8 km Zone from our Crisscross Adventures HQ in Addo Village. This includes clients staying at the following establishments:

If clients are not in this Zone, we provide detailed directions on how to meet us at the Crisscross HQ for the start of the tours. (Please inform us where they are staying so that we can provide these details).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Detailed description of goods and/or services Crisscross Adventures is a business in the activity industry.
PRIVACY POLICY: Crisscross Adventures shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Crisscross Adventures via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Crisscross Adventures separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Crisscross Adventures takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Crisscross Adventures chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
Crisscross Adventures may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
